Note: Any additional chair is $10/chair. No personal chairs or tables will be allowed.

For further details or to request an upgrade to an individual outdoor tent, please contact Nova Multifest’s vendor management team at vishal@multifestns.ca.

Terms and conditions apply Availability of outdoor tents is limited and subject to compliance with all relevant festival guidelines, requirements, and deadlines. All upgrades are subject to approval by Nova Multifest Society’s President or designate.

2. Electrical Circuit:

a. Each exhibitor booth will be provided with one standard power outlet (15 Amp circuit with two plugs).

b. Additional circuits, each providing a 15 Amp service with two plugs, are available at a rate of $120 per circuit with a $60 discount if application is received before March 31, 2025.

c. If you request any additional circuit on the day of the event it will be $130/circuit and can paid by Cash/Card before installation.Requests for additional circuits must be submitted at the time of application. Additional circuits are not automatically granted unless requested in advance prior to the event dates and subject to availability of electrical power.

Booth Confirmation :

Exhibitor vendor booth assignments at Nova Multifest are provisional until all required documentation and payments are submitted in accordance with the festival’s established deadlines.

Vendor Must:

1. Submit full payment of booth fees.

2. Comply with all relevant government regulations and Nova Multifest rules and policies.

Please ensure you write your business name in the e-transfer message that was on the application form, missing this information could result in delay or not accepting your application. Once fee is paid, no refund will be available. Nova Multifest Board reserve the right to cancel or postpone event due to any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. In a situation where the event is cancelled up to 14 days before the event start date, up to 75% of the paid fee will be refunded. In a situation where a partial or a full day event needs to be cancelled, Nova Multifest would make every effort to assess our financial situation to compensate.
