Note: Each tent cost is $900, but if payment is made by March 31, 2025, the discounted price is $800.
Note: Any additional chair is $10/chair. No personal chairs or tables will be allowed.
2. Electrical Circuit:
a. Food vendors will get one 15Amp circuit that will have two plugins.
b. Additional circuits, each providing a 15 Amp service with two plugs, are available at a rate of $120, but if payment is made by March 31, 2025, the discounted price is $60.
c. If you request any additional circuit on the day of the event it will be $130/circuit and can paid by Cash/Card before installation.Requests for additional circuits must be submitted at the time of application. Additional circuits are not automatically granted unless requested in advance prior to the event dates and subject to availability of electrical power.
3. We have limited parking passes and will be given as per availability. Parking Pass (Must be Displayed all the time on vehicle dashboard). Vendor must provide one license plate number at least one week before the event. All vendors must remove their vehicles from event venue to the designated parking area one hour before the start of the event. Any non-compliant vehicle will be towed away at owner expense.
Booth Confirmation :
Food vendor booth assignments at Nova Multifest are provisional until all required documentation and payments are submitted in accordance with the festival’s established deadlines. Vendors must provide:
1. Documentation- Temporary food permit, Insurance, Logo, Menu/pictures.
2. Payments
3. Compliance with applicable regulations.
Vendor Must:
1. Ensure full payment of booth fees is submitted by the specified deadline.
2. Provide proof of liability insurance coverage.
3. Obtain and submit a valid temporary food permit.
4. You agree to comply with all applicable government regulations and to adhere to all Nova Multifest rules and policies, as may be amended from time to time. Failure to meet these requirements by the specified deadlines will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
Nova Multifest reserves the right to reassign the booth space to another vendor without further notice or obligation to the Participant.

Please ensure that you include your business name in the e-transfer message as indicated on the application form. Failure to include this information may result in delays or rejection of your application. Once the application fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
The Nova Multifest Society (NMS) and its Board of Directors reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, up to 75% of the paid fee will be refunded. In the event of a partial or full-day cancellation during the event, the Nova Multifest Society will make reasonable efforts to evaluate its financial position to determine whether any compensation can be provided.
The Nova Multifest Society reserves the right to assign and determine vendor space locations at the event site. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any required permits, insurance, and licenses necessary for their participation. Vendors requiring electrical connections are responsible for ensuring that their wiring and equipment comply with applicable electrical code requirements. An electrician will be available on-site; however, after all regulatory approvals are received, vendors must not make any changes to their booth setup without prior approval from Nova Multifest site director. if applicable ,Any required modifications to meet compliance standards will remain the sole responsibility and expense of the vendor.
The Nova Multifest Society or its designated representatives reserve the right to accept or reject any vendor applications at their sole discretion. All applications are subject to review and approval.
