We will require one contact who will be our main person to contact regarding your performance. Please provide the following details of the designated person who will be responsible for making these arrangements and relaying any needed information regarding the performance to the Nova Multifest planning team. This will be our main person to reach out to with any questions or clarification regarding your performance.

The email you are providing will be used to create a profile for you. You will use this email as your log in for the rest of your application process. An email will be sent to you with an auto generated password.  You will use this log in to check the status of your application and complete any necessary next steps.
